Personal Training

Strength training is the foundation of long-term health supporting bone density, mobility and energy levels as well as performance. Once launched, my personal training sessions will focus on building strength safely and progressively, using evidence-based principles.
Sessions will be one-to-one or in small groups and tailored around your goals.

Small Group Classes

Designed to make strength training approachable and enjoyable, these classes will blend functional movement, bodyweight work, and resistance training in a supportive environment.
Each class will be small enough for personal guidance, with progressions and modifications for every ability level.
