Every treatment begins with a detailed consultation to understand your lifestyle, movement patterns and any pain or injury history.
I work with a wide range of clients from teenagers dealing with migraines, busy working parents managing persistent tension, Ironman competitors and ultra-runners deep in training, and older adults who want to stay active and pain-free.
Sessions combine deep tissue, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques to release tension, restore mobility and support recovery.
Where appropriate, clients also leave with simple lifestyle guidance or rehab exercises to help maintain progress between treatments and prevent issues from returning.

Pre & Post-Natal Massage
Pregnancy brings enormous physical and hormonal change and massage can play a vital role in easing discomfort, improving circulation and encouraging relaxation.
Treatments are fully adapted to each stage, with safe positioning and gentle, targeted techniques to reduce tension in the back, hips and legs.
Postnatally, sessions can support your recovery from birth, ease feeding and lifting-related strain, and help you reconnect with your body.
You’re welcome to bring your baby, the studio is a calm, unrushed space designed to make it easy to take time for yourself, even in the busiest seasons of motherhood.

Personal Training
Strength training is the foundation of long-term health supporting bone density, mobility and energy levels as well as performance. Once launched, my personal training sessions will focus on building strength safely and progressively, using evidence-based principles.
Sessions will be one-to-one or in small groups and tailored around your goals.

Small Group Classes
Designed to make strength training accessible and enjoyable, these classes will blend functional movement, bodyweight work, and resistance training in a supportive environment.
Each class will be small enough for personal guidance, with progressions and modifications for every ability level.
