Meet Laura
I’ve always believed that strength is the foundation of wellbeing. When I’m training regularly, I’m at my happiest- strong, balanced and clear-headed.
After almost a decade working in corporate strategy with Waitrose and John Lewis, I decided to follow my passion for health and fitness. My path wasn’t straightforward... in 2021 I developed severe post-viral fatigue after glandular fever, which taught me first-hand the importance of recovery and listening to your body.
Now, through Winterbrook Fitness & Wellbeing, I combine evidence-based massage therapy with a practical, empathetic approach to helping people move well and stay strong.
I work with everyone from athletes and runners to desk-based professionals and older adults, anyone who wants to feel more at home in their body.
I’m also passionate about making strength training accessible. Alongside massage, I’ll soon be introducing small group classes and one-to-one personal training to support clients through every stage of their movement and recovery journey.
