Winterbrook Fitness & Wellbeing is run by Laura Otway, a qualified Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist and personal trainer (in training), offering tailored sports and remedial massage in a calm, private studio setting.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain or simply want to feel your best, treatments are designed around your body, not a one-size-fits-all routine.

The Studio
Set in a peaceful British garden, the studio is a private space designed to make you feel safe, relaxed and looked after from the moment you arrive.
The treatment room is calm, warm, and uncluttered, the ideal environment for focused soft tissue work and recovery.
Alongside it is a fully equipped strength space with everything needed for effective, evidence-based training: free weights, functional kit and room to move well.
It’s quiet, clean, and intentionally laid out. A place where you can switch off, breathe and focus entirely on your body without distractions or a busy gym around you.
